The three and a half-day’s training on Gender and Hydropower enabled participants to explore gender’s role in hydropower sector, inclusive gender representation in workforce and leadership, safe and respectful working environment for all gender, Grievances Redressing Mechanisms (GRM), and Gender Based Violence and Harassment (GBVH).
